things to consider before buying or selling
As a real estate broker, one of many things I suggest before a seller decides to list their home is to get a General Home Inspection. A general home inspection in Chicago can cost as little as $200 and as high as $600 depending on size of the house, extras, and inspector/company that is used. Once your house/condo is inspected the inspector is going to give you a report on what they find that can be a concern or if there is any alarming concerns at all. That report is super important for 2 reasons in my opinion:
